Note: LANDSCAPE/ IRRIGATION FINAL INSPECTION COMMENTS 9/18/14 Permit Number 2013040422 1. Need to replace the dead ligustrum shrubs in the buffer along Palm Coast Parkway and on the west side of the property. Size of replacements can be 3-gallon, 24 inch minimum height spaced 3 feet on center, or 7-gallon, 30 inch minimum height spaced 4 feet on center. 2. Need to replace the flood bubblers on the irrigation system that were installed and replace with an air relief valve that allows air and debris to be automatically flushed from the system. A sample product of this type would be a Rainbird model ARVALVEKIT for ¾ inch. 3. Need to re-wire the irrigation controller to match the zone numbering on the as-built and provide a card or plan in the controller that describes what area of the site is irrigated by each zone number. 4. Determine the problem with zone 5 not being able to fully operate and fix the issue prior to the next inspection. Make sure all zones are fully operable prior to the next inspection. Call Bill Butler at 986-3760 to schedule a time for the reinspection and call this inspection into the City Building Department at 986-3780.
