Note: Previous comments still apply: 1. PREVIOUS: Please revise the site plan to reduce the walkway on the right side of the house so that it does not encroach the 5 foot utility easment. UPDATED COMMENT: The proposed sidewalk on the right side of the home still encroaches the 5 foot utility easement where it meets the existing 4 x 4 concrete slab, which encroaches the utility easement by 1.5 feet. The sidewalk may not wrap around the right side of the existing 4 ft slab. Please revise the plan to stop the 2.5 ft walkway at the slab on both the front and rear edges of the slab. The sidewalk must remain out of the 5 foot easement the entire length of the property. 2. PREVIOUS: Please revise the site plan to terminate the proposed 2 foot wide sidewalk along the left side of the house at the rear left corner of the house. UPDATED COMMENT: Additional concrete cannot be placed to the left of the existing 6 x 9 foot existing concrete slab, as that is considered a "patio addition," which must meet the minimum side yard setback of 7.5 feet. Please completely remove from the site plan the strip of proposed concrete that appears to the left of the existing 6 x 9 slab. 3.PREVIOUS: Please revise the site plan to show both the length and width dimensions of the proposed additional concrete slab located east of the existing 6 x 9 ft concrete slab, as well as the setbacks from the side and rear lot lines to the proposed slab.
