| Note: European Village Irrigation Plan Comments Permit Application Number 2013090360 9/19/13 1. Need to provide model number of irrigation heads that denote an in-stem pressure compensating head. For Hunter heads, that would be a PRS30 head, but if the intent is to use MPR rotators, then the head would need to be a PRS40 head (Hunter PRO-06-PRS40-CV-MP1000, 2000, or 3000). Need to specify what head have what nozzle, 1000, 2000 or 3000 and indicate on the plans a symbol for each if more than one is used. 2. Need a zone gallonage chart showing the GPM for each zone and a nozzle chart, showing the GPM for each nozzle type. 3. For drip irrigation, note on the plans that a filter and pressure regulating device is needed with flush plugs at the end of each line and placed in a valve box for servicing. 4. Note that all valves and wire connections to be in a valve box and dry-spiced. 5. For head to head coverage, looks like maybe two additional heads are needed near the existing oak tree, one on the left and one on the right adjusted to 270 degrees. 6. Need a typical detail for the installation of the drip tubing (spacing of tubes, pvc header arrangement, location of flush plugs, etc.). 7. Specify pipe sizes with either a chart or label pipe. 8. Number the valves on the plan. 9. Per the Land Development Code, commercial irrigation plans must be signed and sealed by a registered Florida landscape architect. | |||
