| Note: 1. Comparing the pool plan to the revised site plan, it appears that the pool is being constructed so that the left side of the pool aligns with the left wall of the home. The survey shows that the left side of the home is located 7.57 feet from the left lot line. The setback distance from the left lot line to the proposed pool deck is therefore 7.57 feet. Please revise the site plan to show the correct setback as indicated by the surveyor. Please note that the dimensions supplied along the rear add up to 80' 9". The lot width is 80 feet. The dimensions including the setbacks and the proposed pool deck should add up to 80 feet. 2. The pool plan shows a 3 ft wide door pad proposed on the left side of the proposed pool. This door pad encroaches the 5 foot utility easement. The door pads may not be located within the easement. Please revise the site plan and the pool plan to reduce the size of the door pad to 2.57 feet wide maximum. 3. Although the pool equipment pad was relocated in response to the previous comments, no dimensions for the pool equipment pad were provided on the revised plan. Please revise the site plan to show the length and width dimensions of the equipment pad, not to exceed 2.57 feet in width if placed on the left side of the home. The pool equipment pad may not encroach the 5 ft utility easement. If the pool equipment pad must be wider than 2.57 feet, please relocate the equipment pad to an area where a wider pad can be constructed without easement encroachment.
