Note: Held By: JMCGOWEN FINAL SURVEY Final survey does not match proposed site plan inspector notes from Don Shrager "The use of a berm on the property line is acceptable as long as it is constructed with "maintainable slopes"(generally4:1 is acceptable). This is not the case between # 16 & 18. The slopes on the # 18 side are steep and would be difficult to maintain and may have erosion issues. The drainage on the # 16 side of the berm is not very well defined, I would question if it were graded to the plan I was provided. There are similar issues with the rear common corner of the adjacent properties, although not a drastic. The only other issue is that some of the sod along the edge of road is higher than the edge of road. The sod needs to be flush or below the edge of road."
