| Note: Stage 3 of Project-Buildings 4 (2014110127), 5 (2014110128) and 6 (2014110129) 1. Need downspout extensions to direct roof drainage to either a turf area or a paved surface. Will be checked with the Site Development Permit inspection. 2. The disturbed area off-site to the south of the development needs to be stabilized with either seeding and mulching or hydroseeding. 3. Building 6 needs to finish installing the pavers in the front of the building and raising the two holly trees so the top of the rootball is slightly higher than the adjacent pavement. 4. Zone 21 drip zone needs to have a flush valve installed at the location that was discussed in the field. 5. Need a revised card in the irrigation controller that indicates what zone operates what area of the site. Make sure zone numbering agrees with the numbering on the as-built. 6. Need to submit landscape and irrigation as-builts for the project and after they are approved, and all other comments addressed, call in to the Building Department for the final inspection.
