Note: 2-12-16 Landscape and Irrigation Preliminary As-Built Comments 1. Add one half head to zone 1 along curb for head to head coverage. 2. Show one 90 degree spray head to be added to the west end of zone 8. 3. Need to install the specified controller and Solar Sync option to make the controller a "smart" controller. This can be done when FPL brings the power to the controller. In the cul-de-sac island planting, the Hunter Pro-C controller that is battery operated can remain due to the fact that power will never be brought to this area. Just change the specifications on the plans to match what was installed. 4. The contractor had indicated that the bare soil area at the top of the slope of the common area will be sodded with St. Augustine sod and irrigated. Need to show this on the landscape and irrigation as-builts. 5. On zone 7 need to change the nozzle description for all heads spaced more than 15' apart to 18' radius nozzles for head to head coverage. 6. The perimeter heads around the cul-de-sac island are shown as two less than what was actually installed. Correct as-built. 7. Three more spray heads were added behind the bench bump out and need to be shown. Others were shown on the as-built mark-ups so be sure and pick them all up when doing the final as-builts. 8. Spartina grass was added behind the lots that are west of the street side common area landscaping. Need to show a clouded line to encompass the area that was planted and note in the plant list the plant name, size and spacing and label the area on the plans with a symbol noting the key and quantity. 9. Show irrigation valve boxes in their approximate locations and dimension clearly from two fixed points. 10. Need one hard copy original of the as-built landscape and irrigation plans, signed and sealed by the project landscape architect. Once these plans are submitted to the City Building Department and approved, the final landscape inspection can be called in. Landscape and Irrigation Punch List of Remaining Items 1. Need to sod and irrigate the bare soil area at the top of the hill along the common landscape area. Make sure head to head coverage is done on the irrigation. 2. Add head along curb to zone 1 for head to head coverage. 3. Change nozzles to 18' radius anywhere on zone 7 where head to head coverage is not attained. 4. Add a 90 degree head to the west end of zone 8 for head to head coverage. 5. Change out the Pro-C controller to the one specified on the plans and add a solar sync option to make it a "smart" controller. This needs to be done when FPL supplies power to the controller. Contractor to call Bill Butler to inform him when this has been done. 6. Need to install the bench and trash receptacle per the approved plans. 7. Need to install the required 12" x 12" re-use irrigation sign on a low post at each end of the common area and at the north side of the cul-de-sac island per the approved detail on the plans.
