After doing more research i found that the mfg has changed the style of the cap the old type is currently unavailable. i apoligize for the inconvience.

Note: THIS IS A REINSPECTION found no changes have been made to the original issues as noted below and the cleanout body on the 6" is not the correct size for the pipe and must be replaced with the correct size. some fill is needed to make the grade flush with the meter pit. utilities is looking into the meters to see if the relocation will be required. Failed inspection the reclaim meter is less than a foot from the drive and the potable less than 2 19. Notes added to inspection were. 1. the 4" sewer cleanout next the drive must be cut and capped below grade. 2. the 6" cleanout cap must be a flush slotted cap set at grade. not an inverted 2" nut cap 3. the reuse water meter and potable water meters cannot be closer than 4.5' to the drive way per city standards as noted on the building permit and the builder should have contacted and requested them both be moved by the utility department which is what needs to be done now. the decision for the meters is the Utility departments if any exceptions will be made.
