The tank shall be installed 1-foot above base flood elevation [10.02.06, LDC] and anchored to ensure that the tank will not be displaced due to buoyancy forces and result in flood hazards. Provide calculations and detail of how the tank will be anchored above or below ground to minimize threat of buoyancy hazards. Informational: Please note that after this review, an elevation certificate will be required at two (2) future stages: 1) Building Under Construction (at foundation) and 2) Finished Construction (final).
