Need to submit a modification to the plans to the Building Department showing all changes made to the approved landscape and irrigation plans, including: a) Change from oak trees to magnolia trees b) Shift of podocarpus from left side of entry to right side and correct count to 33 c) Show location of irrigation heads d) Show location of irrigation control valves with measurements from two fixed points (could not find but one during the inspection) (Note: this modification must be submitted and approved before the landscape final can be called back in). 2. Pull all loose dirt off the top of the rootballs of the trees and shrubs and re-apply mulch so that it does not contact the base of the shrubs or tree trunks. 3. Irrigation system must be operated to insure it works properly with no leaks or breaks (will need to meet someone there to allow access to the controller). 4. Make sure all irrigation heads are raised up to the proper grade so that they can spray over the grass and mulch. Several heads that could be found seemed really deep. | |||
