Note: This is a Gravity sewer, the Sewer Tie-in Inspection is a visual inspection it must be called in the day before the tie-in is to be made. The morning of the tie-in the inspector should be contacted to coordinate the time of the tie-in so he can witness the tie-in and help prevent failed inspections due to cave in or mud/water preventing the visual inspection.
