Once there is traffice that is or has poential to carry soils onto the residential roads, the construction entrance must be installed with in 48 hours if not sooner or a fee will be issued.and will continue until this entrance is constructed. Note: construction entrance not installed at all at Graham trail/Grahams place. Graham trail will be used first. I spoke with Matt earlier in the week when he called about calling this inspection in and reminded him of the detail dimensions and follow detail per plan /utility standards which can be found on city web site. Since this sub-divsion has existing residents which will include the City Manager,this is a sensitive area and soils need to be kept off the roadways as much as achievable/possible. I recommended to Matt using cattle gates to assist the constructed entrance and a broom sweeper when necesary.This is an on going inspection and will be checked regularly and must be maintained as discused with Matt.
LDSC-TREE BARRICADE 02/09/2018 Disapproved -FEE REQUIRED WBUTLER
Note: 2/9/18 WMB Two specimen trees were to be barricaded, one on lot 68 and one on lot 22. The tree on the rear of lot 22 is far enough behind the silt fence that it does not need a barricade. The specimen oak that is on lot 68 had clearing and fill done right up to the south side of the trunk, which is a violation of the code. Need to carefully pull back and remove all fill dirt that was placed in the tree protection zone (TPZ) of this tree and erect the tree barricade per the detail on the approved plans on that side of the tree. Reinstall the silt fence outside the tree barricade to insure dirt does not wash into the TPZ. The TPZ is a distance of 1 horizontal foot from the trunk for every 1 inch of tree diameter ( a 35" oak needs to be barricaded at 35' from the trunk). Call for reinspection when this has been completed.

Current inspection shows small area(s) where the silt fence has been compromised and should be reinstalled properly. Clearing tends to disturb some of the silt fencing which is understandable but repairs should be done in a timely manner. This is an on going inspection and will continued to be monitored.
