B11) shall be NGVD 1929 since the FIRM is being used for a BFE. 4. C2 election of datum shall be the same as the FIRM which is currently NGVD 1929 by effective FIRMs are dated July 17, 2006. 5. Elevations for C2a) – C2h) should be the same datum as the FIRM, NGVD 1929. City of Palm Coast Building Division requires that the site plan & surveys are in NAVD 1988.
