Note: Released By: JNICHOLS This is a Gravity sewer, the Sewer Tie-in Inspection is a visual inspection it must be called in the day before the tie-in is to be made. The morning of the tie-in the inspector should be contacted to coordinate the time of the tie-in so he can witness the tie-in and help prevent failed inspections due to cave in or mud/water preventing the visual inspection. All new Concrete work including Driveway Pavers must maintain at least a 4.5 feet clear zone from all Water / Reuse Meter Pits or Pep Tank lids and 9 feet behind the pep tank lids. All sewer cleanouts or valves located within the concrete area must be raised flush with the grade and sewer cleanouts must have a flush brass cap.
