Note: THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FROM A PRIOR PROJECT HAVE NOT .his was an added project status added by the B.D. becase of some concerns of the homeowners. I noticed mutiple shiners at the tails of trusses at mutiple areas and plywood joint not nailed in one area. this was noticable because soffit has been taken down. inside where drywall was removed there is a noticable spot where plywood should have been replaced because the edge is broken. in the rear of the house flashing is not installed correctly. The contractor has not called in any inspections and by law has the right to fullfill all corrections to complete the permit by the code. This was just a courtesy to the homeowner, this was not a failed inspection. Once the contractor checks the job and makes corrections they can call in inspection
