| Note: I added this project status inspection because i received a phone call from the concerned homeowner, he asked if i could take a look at the roof being installed, he provided a ladder for access. There were areas of concern where it seemed to have numerous soft spots, but 1 in particular where there was a short less than 1' ripped piece of plywood that deflected more than 1" and plywood clip popping out. on some other spots on the joints doesnt seem to be nailed to code. i could only see a couple of spots. contractor needs to get with homeowner to address any concerns. |
