Note: Held By: CMORALES 08/13/2019 Comments: The proposed temporary parking is shown to be accessed directly from New Leatherwood Dr. From a stormwater & engineering perspective, minimal grading and striping is shown but should suffice for what this is... temporary parking. However, looking at this with an emphasis on vehicular and pedestrian movement as well as an aesthetics perspective, the temporary parking spaces should be located inside the property / row line with a single driveway providing access. A handicap parking spot is provided, but a handicap access from the parking space to the existing concrete walk was not included. Pedestrian access should also be addressed... will visitors to the model home be forced to walk along the edge of the road? Lastly, appropriate screening needs to be included per LDC requirements.

Please rpovide these details to the plan. We see that the community has miami curbs please insure that the flow of stormwater is onot effected with the construction of the parking spaces. The water curently flpws from SE to NW -Parking stalls shall be delineated with a white pavement striping that is six inches wide. Add note that the stall will have a form of seperation. - What thickness is the asphalt pavement, typical? - PLease add the dimentions from the property lines to the edge proposed parking spaces.
