However, looking at this with an emphasis on vehicular and pedestrian movement as well as an aesthetics perspective, the temporary parking spaces should be located inside the property / row line with a single driveway providing access. A handicap parking spot is provided, but a handicap access from the parking space to the existing concrete walk was not included. Pedestrian access should also be addressed... will visitors to the model home be forced to walk along the edge of the road? Lastly, appropriate screening needs to be included per LDC requirements. | |||
