| Note: 09/20/18 Landscape Notes - Remove dirt from the sidewalk that washed out from the steep slope and add more sod as discussed with the contractor to prevent wash outs from occurring again - Pull mulch back from plants - Clean up existing landscaping on FDOT fence (still on-going at time of inspection) - Remove, spray weeds in bed areas and in the mulched tree rings around the palms that are in the lawn area to the east. Irrigation Notes - Adjust heads on Zone 25 (could not run due to workers in the area) - Fix leak in (1) head on Zone 26 (could not run due to workers in the area) - Flush all zones to make sure all the heads are popping up and turning (same as above) - Make sure all irrigation heads are flush w/ sod –lower heads in areas where they are not. This was not done. Need to replace the rotor heads that had not been lowered as noted in the last inspection as the lawn mowers hit them and broke them. Make sure new heads are at the proper height. A reinspection of the Landscape Final is scheduled for Friday, September 21st at 9:00 a.m. | |||
