| Note: On 5-8-2019 I completed a project status inspection for this job. Many items of concern were discovered. The job site had a large pile of concrete and debris that was uncollected. The steele in the forms was not placed as to gove proper coverage of concrete per code. there were open gaps on both ends of the seawall where it was supposed to join to the existing neighboring seawall. There was debris and silt that had spilled into the canal. The turbidity barrier did not encompass the entire construction area. These findings were described to the contractor and his employees as they arrived at the job during my inspection. Pictures of the job were submitted by email to Barbie B. city of palm coast. | |||
