R302.5.1 Other openings between the garage and residence shall be equipped with solid wood doors not less than 13/8 inches (35 mm) in thickness, solid or honeycomb core steel doors not less than 13/8 inches (35 mm) thick, or 20-minute fire-rated doors. The door must conform to manufacturer’s requirements including the opening angle. Please label the entrance type. 4. Please label the opening width at the toilet rooms/ bathrooms. Section R320.1.1 of the Florida Residential Building Code. Such toilet rooms shall have a clear opening of not less than 29 inches. Label the dimension at the Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 bath. 5. The plans must designate the Occupancy and Type. Also, the plans must specify conformance to the FBC 2017, NEC 2014, and NFPA at a minimum. We apologize but we did not see it likely due to the size of text within the electronic delivery and challenges with zooming. Would you mind placing this information on the cover sheet. 6. Please provide the geotechnical report. 7. Please clarify the insulation type.
