Although the drought index for the City is between 300-350, the wind prediction for the area is expected to be at 17 mph after a front moves through the area. My concern is the relative humidity will drop to a dangerously low 33% after the front pushes through. It is common for the front to move in and not drop rain. Following the front are high winds and low humidity which will cause rapid fire spread as we experienced last Saturday when 10 acres burned up in Seminole Woods. | |||
