Sodding and grassing and mulching operations are to begin immediately after construction/installation has been completed. All landscape items damaged or disturbed during construction shall be replaced by the permittee at its expense, as directed by the City. Any plantings on private property damaged or disturbed by the permittee shall be replaced to the satisfaction of the City and property owner unless otherwise directed by the City Engineer. All debris shall be removed by the permittee at its expense.
