Note: 13 - 15 Bolling Lane Construction Description There is construction at 13 - 15 Bolling Lane, Palm Coast. For the past week there has been PILES of dirt, mud, debris in the roadway. No one can drive on one side of the road due to the huge piles of mud in the road. Children cannot play and two elderly people in wheelchairs cant even leave their homes because the dirt reaches all the way across the road. This is insane and a huge problem for the neighborhood. 10/8/20 - Road has been cleaned. Temporary culvert is on site to be installed. Silt fence has been installed on both sides of construction. This issue will be monitored via a drainage inspection created by the inspector for this permit. Next inspection will be scheduled for 10/15/20.
