Include dimensions to all property lines and / or public ways from closest point of each side of exiting and addition. Show flood hazard areas and all other information outlined in this section. 2. Provide complete code analysis using the Florida Building Code - Existing Building per Chapters 5, 8 and 11. Also use Chapter 3, 5 and 6 of the Florida Building Code - Building as necessary. Provide occupancy classification for existing and proposed addition. Provide construction type for exiting and proposed addition. Provide allowable area and height calculations vs. actual area and height. If area increases are necessary show them and calculations. If this is a mixed occupancy building (does the building contain B occupancy offices?) then show calculations for mixed occupancy building. Provide plumbing fixture calculations for existing and new addition per Chapter 29. Note, if work is performed in this building and it is not purely storage the occupancy classification will be either F-1 or F-2 and not storage. Also note, if this building manufacturer’s or otherwise works on boats it will be an F-1 occupancy. Also note, if either than an S-1 or F-1 occupancy, an automatic NFPA fire sprinkler system is required throughout per Section 903.2.4 Florida Building Code-Building and Section 1102.3 Florida Building Code-Building based on area of the building exceeding 12,000 square feet. Also note, the existing building, if an F-1 occupancy is not eligible for the Exception to Section 1102.3. 3. Correct permit application to include reference to enclosing 5,000 square feet square of existing open warehouse in addition to the 2,500 square foot addition. 4. Submit geotechnical investigation report signed and sealed by a Florida licensed professional engineer per Section 1803.2. Report to comply with Section 1803.6. 5. Add note on Plan Sheet AB-2 indicating all foundation / slab will be removed along with CMU walls and lawfully disposed of. If there is an existing door opening onto this slab / open structure please also add note indicating a landing will be provided on the exterior side of door. Provide landing dimensions Provide exterior landing details on Plan Sheet D-1 where new doors are added per Notes 2, 5 and 12. 6. Additional plan review comments may result after submittal of site plan and code analysis.
