The master file plans procedures are disussed below on item 3 below. 2. Review comments on submited master plans - General Notes a. Indicate Chapter 45 as Referenced Code to 2020 FBC- Residential or 7th Edition. b. Provide applicable Engineering Design Conformance Standard per FBCR 7th Ed. Sec. R4501.6. 3. Here is how we will treat pool master plan submittals. • All submittals will be done outside the CD Plus permitting system, submitted by email only. • Emailed plans are digital / electronic plans and shall have a verifiable digital seal and signature with date. • Plans shall include the name Master Plans or Master Pool Plans or similar and include a note or notes deemed necessary by the engineer indicating they are approved for repeated use by the pool contractor. The engineer can include an expiration date and other information the engineer wants to add. • Emailed submittals will be directly to me or to permit technician for review. . • Review comments will be emailed to the applicant and the applicant will send revised (digitally sealed plans) • When the review is completed and plans are ready to for approval, an email will be sent to the applicant letting them know to print out paper copies with ink or raised / embossed seal and signature with date and to bring them to the office for the City to add its approval stamp. • Plans with City approval stamp will be returned to the applicant. • Applicant can print photo-copies of the approved plans for use on site(s) for inspection.
