Note: THIS IS A REINSPECTION THIS IS A REINSPECTION 10/14/21 1-The dryer duct needs to be sealed completely, and a 16 ga strap and 8 fasteners per side needs to be installed at 2-the top plate where the plate was notched out. 3-Nail plates must be installed at the bottom of all furring strips where the wire has been run for outlets through out the building. 4-The kitchen kneewall has not been framed. 5-=Rear exterior door is not fastened properly. Fasteners need to be throught the 1 1/4 thick part of the jamb. 6-The concrete areas where the plumbing comes through need to be seal. 7-Kitchen exhaust duct is needs to be completely sealed at all mechanical joints. The 2 HVAC supply flex ducts running next to the kitchen exhaust need to be re-routed to remove the kinks being caused by running to close to the kitchen exhaust and proper spacing needs occur where the supply ducts are up against the kitchen exhaust duct. 10/27/27 Concrete cut out for plumbing lines need to be sealed.
