As an alternative, these plan sheets can be provided at a later date as a deferred submittal in accordance with FBC-Building Section 107.3.4.1. If requesting these plan sheets to be a deferred submittal, approval blocks will still need to be signed and dated before they are submitted to the Building Department for review and approval and Architectural cover sheet will have to be noted in some manner indicating steel building plans will be provided at a later date as a deferred submittal per Section 107.3.4.1. Please note however, if steel building plans will be submitted later as a deferred submittal, an inspection hold will be placed preventing a framing inspection until deferred submittals have been submitted, reviewed and approved. Please allow ample time for review. 3. Remove all references to "fire barrier" on steel building erection plans. Walls are actually "fire walls" per FBC-Building Section 706.1 and shall be referred to as fire walls. 8. Provide complete copy of Geotechnical Investigation Report signed and sealed by a Florida licensed professional engineer. It appears a geotechnical investigation report was not included with the civil plans under the Commercial Site Development Permit. 2. Engineer to remove references to the IBC. 6. Reorganize UL fire wall details on Sheet A801 so that the file is organized to read from top to bottom and left to right from file beginning to file end. As currently printed, file details appear out of order. Please also ensure complete file is provided. Please be advised, the UL (U419) design provided is for a proprietary fire wall; therefore no material substitutions are allowed beyond those called out in the file. IT IS STRONGLY recommended a note or notes be added advising the contractor of the limitations to those proprietary materials listed as deviations from approved materials will not be allowed under any circumstances. 7.
