Note: THIS IS A REINSPECTION pep panels required to be installed on the front corner of house-no more than 3feet in and no more than 5 feet to top of panel, also sewer clean out cap in grass areas(this one is next to the house) required to be a flush mount cap flush with sod grades This is a PEP Tank area. The panel and pep tank is to be placed on the same side of the building based on the Utility Marked Locations. Pep Panel will be placed 5 feet from the front corner of the building on the same side of the building as the PEP tank that is marked on the Utility marked Site plan. Make sure the electrician places the PEP power wire between 3 feet and 5 feet from the ground. The plumber should exit the slab with the sewer pipe on the side of the building the tank will be on and matching the utility marked site plan, this will reduce any piping under driveways or sidewalks and minimize the fall required. The sewer tie-in inspection must be called in the day before the tie-in. The morning of the tie-in the inspector should be contacted to coordinate the time of the tie-in visual inspection so he can witness the tie-in. All new Concrete work including Driveway Pavers must maintain at least a 4.5 feet clear zone from all Water / Reuse Meter Pits, sewer clean caps or Pep Tank lids and 9 feet behind the pep tank lids. All sewer cleanouts or valves located within the concrete area must be raised flush with the grade and sewer cleanouts must have a flush brass cap IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTIVE THAT MOVING FORWARD , THE PEP PANELS ARE TO BE INSTALLED TO THE FRONT CORNER OF THE PROPOSED RESIDENCE SO THAT THE HOME OWNER HAS THE OPTON TO INSTALL A FENCE. THIS INSPECTION IS BEING APPROVED AFTER CONSULTING WITH OTHER CONSTRUCTION SITE INSPECTORS WHO HAVE BEEN APPROVING THESE CORNER LOT ISSUES AND TOLD ME TO APPROVE EVEN THOUGH THE CITY UTILITY DEPT. HAS A STADARD THAT THEY TRY TO MAKE ALL BUILDERS TO ADHERE TOO. ALSO AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE CHANGE OUT SQURE NUT TOP CAP FOR SEWER CLEAN OUT NEXT TO THE HOUSE AND EXSPOSE THE BALL VALVE PLASTIC ROUND CONTAINER THAT IT SITS IN THAT IS TO THE SIDE OF THE PEP TANKS-THIS IS A SHUT OFF FOR THE TANKS IN ORDER TO WORK ON IF NECESSARY.PLEASE CALL WHEN BOTH ITEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED SO I CAN VERIFY.THAK YOU
