Tried to notify builder of the violation but Job Phone on the permit has been disconnected. Drainage hose has since been removed from the swale and is now properly placed in the home lawn. 1/18/22 - Builder has once again started discharging water into the swale. Builder to remove sump pump hose from swale and drain to the back lawn where water can filter through the grass. 1/21/22 - Corrections made.
