Wall Section, Sht. 8 indicates “Class A Fiberglass Shingles”, however the elevations and Product Approval Specification Sheet specify “Concrete Tiles”; coordinate ALL drawings, product specifications and energy calculations to represent project’s construction. 7. Typ. Wall Section, Sht. 8 indicates “R-38 Blown In Insulation 1-1/2” Min. Clearance To Allow Air Passage Baffle Between Rafters As Required”, however there are not any roof vents indicated on the drawings; also, the Energy Calculations specify an R-20 insulation in the attic. Coordinate ALL drawings, product specifications and energy calculations to represent project’s construction. 8. Provide roof pressure zone nailing schedule- FBC-R301.2(7). 9.
