Submitted plans have different approval numbers. Provide which components will be install and a revision the Product Approval will be installed. 2. Energy document states an open canopy structure. Submitted supporting documents show proposed rollup doors as well as man doors. Provide what the proposed structure is going to be used to store. 3. An automatic sprinkler system is required for buildings larger than 12,000 square feet per 903.2.10, 2020 Florida Building Code 7th Edition. 4. Engineer of record certifies the plans to ASCE 7-10 and below that calls-out the 2020 Florida building Code 7th Edition. A revision is required to reflect the current Code and adopted Standards. Note: Plans submitted are for a metal framed building with concrete footings only. A complete review could not be performed due to limited information submitted. Additional comments can be generated by submitting additional information that was not originally provided and time of submittal. | |||
