The Application is incomplete, and I have called the Applicant (Steve Nichols) and left two messages and sent an e-mail to the address on the application, but as of today I’ve not heard back from the Applicant. Below are CityScape’s comments: • Sheet T-1 of the Construction Drawings shows the removal of 9 Remote Radio Units (RRUs) o Sheet C-3 of the Construction Drawings shows removal of 9 RRUs: 3 FRIG, 3 AHLOA and 3 FXFB (RRUs) for a total of 9 RRUS o Sheet C-6 of the Construction Drawings and Page 3 of the Structural Analysis both include the FRIG RRUs as remaining ? This discrepancy needs to be resolved • Sheet T-1 of the Construction Drawings shows the removal of four (4) 1 5/8” cables but they are not shown for removal on the construction drawings. ? This discrepancy needs to be resolved • Pages 12-28 of the Structural Analysis are not in English ? Applicant needs to provide these pages in English These items need to be addressed by the Applicant and revised materials submitted for review by CityScape.
