Applicable Building Codes referenced on sheet T-001.00 are not the current Code referenced. As of January 1, 2021, Florida State adopted the 2020 Florida Building Code 7th Edition. 3. Following Comments are from sheet A-010.00; a) As mentioned above, the Code reference is incorrect. b) Florida State does not have State Supplement c) Interior Environment and Chapter 15 reference the 2014 FBC. d) The Florida Building Code and the NFPA Standard was used for the Code Analysis of the proposed building.
