| Note: THIS IS A REINSPECTION Could not find the Final survey in the attachments. There is no evidence of a site plan submission nor a site plan review prior to construction.??? 10/6/21 - Builder submitted a site plan, not a Final Survey. Surrounding grade around the patio is higher and apprears that the patio would flood. Builder did install an underdrain in the patio. However, the underdrain is not on the final "site plan" that they're calling a "Final Survey". Also, the underdrain exit could not be found by the Inspector. This drain should be behind but near the swale ROW line with a pop up. No permission was given to drain into the drainage ditch in the rear as the homeowner thinks the builder did. In addition, there is a Florida room off the patio that will flood if the 2 4 x 4 inch drain grates in the patio clog. Therefore, the inspector is requiring: 1) That the underdrain be recorded on the Final Survey including size of pipe and drain grates installed and where they drain to. 2) That a clear note be given in the "Applicant Notes" by the builder taking full responsibily if the patio were ever to flood the Enclosed Florida Room just 1/2 inch above the paver patio. | |||
