The (2) lead boot flashing at the top of the common roof, front are not the correct size for the PVC vent stack remove and replace with correct size and fold properly to prevent water intrusion. Replace torn shingle at the electrical mast boot, shingle need to lay flat at that area also. 10/28/21 The torn shingle at the electrical mast was not replace and the work that was done the bottom zipper was removed and not reinstalled. Reinstall the zipper and reseal with sealant. | |||
