Freestanding sign height shall be measured from the ground elevation at the base of the sign to the highest point of the sign structure. Decorative column caps (must be a cap) may extend up to twelve (12) inches above the maximum height permitted. One side is measuring at 7 and the other side at 8. Provide color renderings of the base and all columns to colors to be used. Exposed concrete block is prohibited.
