The off ridge vent are being plywooded over and ridge vents being used. blocking was not added and the plywood is not nailed properly. Remove and install nailers. The plywood fix at the left front above bath window is not replaced properly. A 6" x 2" piece was used and a 1' x 2' piece and part of the rotted plywood was not removed. Plywood replace needs to be a minium of 2' wide and span minimum of two trusses. No shingles have been installed.
