There are some flat areas on the right rear side that was not raised up as much as the left side near the fence line. Per homeowner, after the last hard rain event, there was some standing water that percolated within hours after the storm passed. So while the grade is not ideal, it does meet the minimum standard and there does not appear to be any threat of flooding to any surrounding houses and the Final Survey indicates that the water will flow foward before flooding any neighbors.
