Your plan is showing that the generator will priject 3' from the house - meaning that the generator is encroaching into the 5' platted easement. You will either need to relocate the generator or provide a fully executed (signed by all persons on deed to property) 2' Easement Encroachment License Agreement for Mechanical Equipment of Walkways for zoning review. Should you require this document, please contact zoningdivision@palmcoastgov.com or call 386-986-3751 and zoning staff can provide you with a copy. You will need to submit an electronic version for review and then once it is approved, you will need to provide the original and it will get recorded.
