| Note: 10/21/2022 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES The drawing show the line tap are to happen in the indoor panel. Contractor tapped at outdoor dissconnect. Please revise drawing and submitt to the building department. Dissconnect between the Line tap and the fuse panel has not been installed. Missing warning sticker at conduit and panels. The IQ combiner drawings show 3 20 amp breakers. The installed unit has 3 20 amps and a 15amp installed. Submitt a revision to the building department showing thei added 15 amp breaker. 10/21/22 The new revised drawing are not showing the 15 amp breaker at the combiner box. The out door disconnect panel has a 150 amp breaker not a 200 amp as shown on the drawings . The wire tapping is not shown as installed on the drawings. Please, Submitt the correct revisions to the building department showing the system as installed at the site. Note also the 150 amp breaker is the disconnect for the fused panel and would be the source for disconnecting power if the fuses need changing. . Install labeling showing the disconnet means and the warining labels showing dual power supply. | |||
