Note: 10/26/2022 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES 10/26/2022: Shingles have ecessive aggregate loss / ridge shingle has a cut in it Since my last visit there has been shingle aggregate loss on a few shingles on the lower left return along with a cut that is all the way through on a cap shingle located the hip tie ins on the main center ridge. 10/17/2022 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES 10/17/2022: 1). Need material left on roof removed. 2). Missing vent/plywood on the front side of the main roof. 3). left side of the main roof ridge the shingle is installed to close to the edge of the ridge creating a gap allowing for possible water infiltration. 10/10/2022 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES 10/10/2022: 1) Replace damaged shingle at left valley near bathroom vent. (nailed popped through). 2). Exposed nails at ridge peaks need to be sealed. 3). Left valley at vertical wall shingles needs to be cut flush with drip edge and cannot be bent over. Also, needs to be sealed properly against drip edge at kick out and along drip edge/eave drip. 4). Left side front returns and entry door returns - shingles are short of the manufacturer's adhesive strip and need to be sealed properly.
