Reinstall off ridge vents or submitt a revision to the building department showing the new ridge vent system meets the require ventilation for this roof. 10/31/22 Please submitt a revision to the building department for the change of the existing off ridge vents (closed off) to the new solar activated exhaust fan installed along with the ventilation calculations. The joiner seam at the electrical mast boot flashing needs to have sealant applied along the entire length of the seam. As per manufactures specs. 11/4/22 The existing off ridge vents have not been reinstalled. The contractor submitted a revision showing ridge vents. Ridge vents have not been installed. Contractor has installed a solar activated exhaust fan. Please submitt a revision to the building depart for the newly installed fan. Or reinstall the off ridge vents that were removed.
