Overgrowth at pool pump & heat pump is preventing verification of proper ground installation. 2). Heat pump is missing all 4 approved anchors. M1307.1 & M1307.2 3). Base/pad for the Heatpump is not labeled as approved for use in this application/area. (Must be a hurricane rated pad) 4). Base pad is only 2" thick and the top is level with/under grade. Minimum 3" ground clearance is required per FBC 1305.1.4.1.

Need to remove grass in the deck and footer areas along with outside of the footer as required by FBC R404. 5/4/2023 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES 5/4/23: Safety fence is not installed properly. (falling down throughout). 1). Pool deck area has lots of debris & trash throughout along with weeds growing in a large area. 2). The footer is not consistently 12" wide x 8" deep. and is missing the outside form boards. 3). The plans call for (2) #3 rebar consistent throughout yet (1) # 5 is installed. 4).
