Note: Inspector Notes from Inspection 2460 1. After reviewing the prints and trying to loacate the buckets used to attach the TJI's to the ridge beam. And unable to locate. Please have the engineer submitt a revision to the building department showing a detail of how the rafters are to be attached to the LVL ridge beam. 2. Due to the requirements of the heta strap nailing at the base of the TJI rafters a detail will also need to be submitted showing needed blocking in the web of the rafter. 3. 16 of the bucket type anchors used at the rafter to ridge connection are missing in the hobby area. The contractor may proceed at own risk. No insulation is to be sprayed on the rafter until revisons have been submitted appoved and reinspection done. Roof sheating passed and may be covered, again at contractors risk sheating may need to be removed for any type of required rafter to ridge anchoring. The above listed revisions will need to be submitted before all rough inspection.
