The bottom of the gate has a 4" clearance from the grade to the bottom of the gate. 2" maximum. The maximum vertical clearance between grade and the bottom of the barrier shall be 2 inches (51 mm) measured on the side of the barrier which faces away from the swimming pool. FBCR 4501.17 3. The pool guard alarm did not operate when tested. 04-02-2024 Above issue has not been resolved. Please ensure pool alarm is installed, in working order and the shut off key is placed near the alarm for reinspection. 04-16-2024 Pool aralm key not on site. Need to confirm inside alarm is working.
