Provide site plan (SURVEY) showing all existing improvements and also the proposed catwalk along with all dimensions and setbacks to side property lines - all which must total the 80' water frontage of the lot. Please note that we don't have a clear copy to provide you for your use so please contact the customer for a copy. 2. Note that the maximum projection into the waterbody for the catwalk is 13'. Please revise engineered drawings to demonstrate this maximum. What you are currently showing on drawings is a 14' projection. 3. Piling height must be shown on engineered drawings. The maximum piling height is 4' unless they are for a roof or boat lift. 4. Provide electronic copy for staff review of a completed License Agreement for Salt Water Access. This Agreement must be signed by all persons on deed to property and it must be witnessed and notarized. Once staff has reviewed and deemed it correct, we will request the original be either mailed of dropped off to the zoning department.
