Provide site plan (SURVEY) showing all existing improvements and also the proposed catwalk along with all dimensions and setbacks to side property lines - all which must total the 80' water frontage of the lot. Please note that we don't have a clear copy to provide you for your use so please contact the customer for a copy. 2. Note that the maximum projection into the waterbody for the catwalk is 13'. Please revise engineered drawings to demonstrate this maximum. What you are currently showing on drawings is a 14' projection. 3. Piling height must be shown on engineered drawings. The maximum piling height is 4' unless they are for a roof or boat lift. 4. Provide electronic copy for staff review of a completed License Agreement for Salt Water Access. This Agreement must be signed by all persons on deed to property and it must be witnessed and notarized.
