(It has been determined that this project is new construction for the MOB at Advent Health Way. Any notes concerning expansion of system and existing components need to be removed). 3. On sheets FA.03 and FA.04 there are device addresses on the plans with multiple addresses for the riser diagram, please clarify the pathways on the plans and indicate the proper path on the riser diagram.
