The address is still not correct, the address should be: 3 Advent Health Way. Please revise the application and all documents with the correct address 2. On sheet FA.01 there is a note indicating this is to expand the existing 4 voice fire alarm system for a tenant buildout. There are devices on floor plans that are not identified. (It has been determined that this project is new construction for the MOB at Advent Health Way. Any notes concerning expansion of system and existing components need to be removed). 3. On sheets FA.03 and FA.04 there are device addresses on the plans with multiple addresses for the riser diagram, please clarify the pathways on the plans and indicate the proper path on the riser diagram. Please make the corrections for review.
