Provide plumbing fixture calculations based on occupant load of addition in conjunction with occupant load of existing floor areas to determine whther additional bathrooms, and / or plumbing fixtures are reqwuried due to the increase in the number of occupants. FBCB Section 2902.1 and Table 2902.1. If addtional plumbing fixtures are required provide complete plans influcing floor plan, water distribution, sanitary drainage, etc. 2. Plans indicate the presence of an emergency eyewash station. Eyewash station is a plumbigng fixture by definition in the FBCP and must be connected to the builidng's plumbing systems (potable water and sewer). Provide informaton on water supply and drainage connections for this station. If it is the intent to treat this as a portable station without connection to water supply or drainage system, please provide product manufacturer information and details. 3. Provide roof drainage caculations and gutter sizing based on g.p.m. flow rated per FBCB Section 1514.4.3 and FBCP Section 1106.6. Provide downspout sizing, locations and discharge points. Provide gutter and downspout materials specifications and attachment details per FBCB Section 1503.4.3 and roof edge flashing detail per FBCB Section 1503.2.1`.
