Has wall been designed for full hydrostatic pressure of undrained backfill? If not provide drainage system per 1805.4.2 and 1805.4.3. or site Exception to 1610.1. 4. Indicate wall has been designed per 1807.2.1 through 1807.2.3 with minimum safety factor of 1.5 for sliding and overturning. 5. Provide patio backfill material specifications. 6. Proposed patio encroaches into 100 year floodplain Zone AE. Engineer to provide statement the patios structural system has been designed, connected and anchored to resist flotation, collapse or permanent lateral movement due to structural loads and stresses from flooding equal to the design flood elevation. R322.1.2, R322.1.3. Exception is design according to ASCE 24. 7. Foundation design of structurtes in flood-hazard areas to conform with R322.2.3. Engineer to provide statement patios structural system conforms to Items, 1, 2 and 3 of this section as applicable. 8.
