Need the Certificate of completion for compliance with manufacturer’s instruction and approved design per FFPC 1 (2020) 50.4.10.2.2 and NFPA 96:10.8.2.2 (Once the document has been uploaded to the system and approved, call in the inspection and it can be administratively approved without another site visit). 10/25/2023 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES Need to have contractor on site to test heads. | |||
